Items may be returned in new and unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a full store credit. You may also return an item for credit back to your purchasing method, but please note that a 15% restocking fee will apply. If returning clothing items, please make sure all original tags are still intact. All returns must be authorized by Customer Service. Please contact email@example.com for an RMA#. Please mark the exterior of your box with the RMA#.
If you are returning an item due to a warranty issue, please contact customer service first by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Many items under warranty will need to be shipped directly to the manufacture. Once you contact us, we will notify you of how to handle the return.
